I go to a very good health food/vitamin store and the woman that works there told me she has been taking the liquid for a long time and won’t do it any other way.
No, they aren’t better. Just more expensive is all. A good Vitamin B complex can be taken in pill or capsule form and you will receive the same benefits.
I had my stomach removed in 2004 and am unable to obtain nutrients from food and thus must rely solely on supplements for nutrition. My vitamin B levels are fantastic and I take Puritan Pride Vitamin B-100 Complex which is fairly inexpensive.
I tried liquid vitamin B complex and the labs were the same, however it was much more expensive than the capsules I use.
