What vitamins or supplements should I take? 20 year old female?
I am a 20 year old female not overweight in need of vitamins or supplements. I am vegetarian and get sick often. I had blood tests run but doctors said I seem fine. However, i feel my immune system is weak.I get the flu often as well as ear infections. I am also a college student constantly dealing with stress. Any recommendations? Vitamins for Vegetarians? Preferably Natural.

Artificial colors in liquid vitamin pills, WHAT!?
I bought some liquid gel vitamins today, it had almost all of the vitamins in this capsule, so I was really happy about it…but then I read the ingredients and saw that they used Red 40, Yellow 6, and Blue 1. WHYYYYY!?
everyone knows artificial coloring is a big NO NO when it comes to being healthy…anything artificial is lame. It even said "No artificial flavors" on the bottle, as if that made up for the heaps of artificial coloring they added.
The capsule is a reddish purplish color, which is just all for show. totally pointless. why couldn’t they just have clear capsules??
let me know your thoughts!
I’m seriously confused about this so called health company selling vitamins with artificial colors.

Does taking fish oil vitamins really make a difference?
I have been taking fish oil for several months now. I have been told by my doc it can be very beneficial. But after taking it it tastes fishy. Not my favorite taste for the morning. Does this happen to anyone else?
